Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the impact of medial versus lateral meniscectomy on knee joint mobility.
  • To investigate the relationship between knee laxity and meniscal injury.
  • To determine if pre-existing knee hypermobility predisposes individuals to medial meniscus tears.

Main Methods:

  • Stress radiography was used to measure anteroposterior (AP) knee mobility in patients post-meniscectomy.
