Summary

A rare parameatal glans cyst in a four-year-old boy caused urinary issues. Surgical removal was successful, preventing recurrence and improving appearance.

Background:

Parameatal glans cysts are rare congenital anomalies.
Few cases have been reported in medical literature.

Observation:

A four-year-old boy presented with dysuria and a visible parameatal glans cyst.
The slow-growing cystic mass was noted since birth.

Findings:

The parameatal glans cyst was surgically excised.
Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis.

Implications:

Complete surgical excision is recommended for parameatal glans cysts.
Early intervention ensures optimal cosmetic outcomes and prevents complications.
