Intranasal supernumerary tooth in a child: a case report.

A rare case of a supernumerary tooth in a child's nasal cavity caused symptoms like nasal bleeding. Early endoscopic evaluation is crucial for diagnosing and treating this rare ectopic eruption in children.

- Paranasal sinus computed tomography (CT) identified a pointed, high-density mass covered by soft tissue within the nasal cavity.

- Complete surgical removal of the supernumerary tooth was achieved using a pediatric endoscope.

- This case highlights the importance of considering supernumerary teeth in the differential diagnosis of pediatric intranasal masses and epistaxis, even with nonspecific symptoms.
