Comparative Study of Pinless Navigation System versus Conventional Instrumentation in Total Knee Arthroplasty

Pinless navigation total knee arthroplasty (PNA-TKA) shows no significant difference in outcomes compared to conventional instrumentation (CIN-TKA). While PNA-TKA had fewer complications, it increased surgical time and cost, questioning its routine use.
