Reusable and sensitive exonuclease III activity detection on DNB nanoarrays based on cPAS sequencing technology

We developed a sensitive exonuclease III detection method using a DNA nanoball (DNB) nanoarray from a BGISEQ-500 sequencing kit. This assay achieves a low detection limit of 0.001 U/mL and offers superior sensitivity and reusability.
