Tetanus is a life-threatening neurological disorder characterized by persistent muscle contractions and spastic paralysis. Summary

A stingray barb caused tarsal tunnel syndrome in a teen. Electrodiagnostic (EDX) testing identified nerve injury, and surgery successfully removed the barb, leading to symptom resolution.
