To identify prevalent behavioral health conditions and priority populations within the community.

Included local and state government prevalence estimates, analysis of medical records, and key informant interviews.

Main Results:

Depression, alcohol abuse, and drug abuse were the most prevalent behavioral health conditions.
Priority populations identified include residents with co-occurring disorders, transitioning youth, and homeless individuals.
Low treatment rates were observed relative to identified needs, compounded by provider shortages and high turnover.

Conclusions:
