Summary

The standing flexion test (STFT) shows good construct validity and reliability for assessing sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction in healthy individuals. However, the sitting flexion test (SIFT) demonstrated poor validity and reliability for SIJ mobility assessment.
