Disguised Geometric Compensation Mammoplasty (GCM) offers excellent aesthetic outcomes and high rates of clear margins for breast cancer patients requiring large resections in the mammoplasty pillars. This oncoplastic technique effectively corrects ptosis with minimal complications.
