Summary

Tuberous Breast Deformity (TBD) surgery generally leads to high patient satisfaction and improved quality of life, particularly with breast implants. Re-operations do not negatively impact long-term satisfaction.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate long-term patient satisfaction after Tuberous Breast Deformity (TBD) surgery.
  • To assess the impact of TBD surgery on patients' quality of life over time.
  • To identify factors influencing outcomes in TBD surgical correction.

Main Methods:

  • Retrospective analysis of TBD patients operated between 2007 and 2018, including those treated with implants and/or mammoplasty.
