Summary

CRMP5 antibodies are linked to rare neurological syndromes, often presenting as peripheral neuropathy and cerebellar ataxia, frequently associated with lung cancer. A new cell-based assay (CRMP5-CBA) effectively verifies these cases for accurate diagnosis.
