Surgical clipping effectively treats ophthalmic segment aneurysms (OSAs), despite anatomical challenges. This study shows good outcomes are achievable with careful surgical technique for these complex brain aneurysms.

- Adherence to surgical principles can lead to favorable outcomes in OSA treatment.
