Summary

Endometrial biopsy is a safe and effective in-office procedure for diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding, showing high sensitivity for endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia. Patient comfort is enhanced with analgesia, and pre-procedure discussions improve outcomes.
