Summary

This study demonstrates folic acid-conjugated aggregation-induced emission luminogens (AIEgens) for precise surgical guidance. These AIEgens enable enhanced intraoperative imaging and resection of cancerous tissues in non-human primates, paving the way for clinical translation.
