Multisystem Inflammation and Organ Dysfunction After BNT162b2 Messenger RNA Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination

A rare case of multisystem inflammation and organ dysfunction occurred in a healthy young male after the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The exact cause remains unknown despite extensive investigation.
