Summary

In adult periodontitis patients, deeper periodontal pockets did not show increased attachment loss after treatment. Long-term maintenance revealed similar stability across different probing depths.

    • Long-term maintenance in compliant patients suggests that shallower sites are not inherently easier to maintain than deeper sites.
