- She exhibited symptoms of urinary tract infection (UTI) and elevated creatinine levels (4.5 mg/dL).
Findings:
- Following UTI treatment, surgical management addressed obstructive symptoms.
- Post-surgery, creatinine levels improved to 2.0 mg/dL, though chronic renal failure persisted.
