Juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) in Asian children typically presents as solitary skin lesions, often resolving spontaneously. Routine screening for systemic complications is not supported by this study.

- Routine screening for systemic complications, including ocular or juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, is not recommended based on these findings.
