Clinically Relevant Interactions with Anti-Infectives on Intensive Care Units-A Multicenter Delphi Study

Drug-drug interactions (DDIs) are common in intensive care units (ICUs), especially those involving anti-infective agents. A Delphi process identified 88 DDIs, with 74% deemed clinically relevant, guiding better patient care.
