Aberrant ENPP2 expression promotes tumor progression in multiple myeloma

Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 2 (ENPP2) promotes multiple myeloma (MM) progression by increasing cell proliferation and survival. Targeting the ENPP2-lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) axis offers a potential therapeutic strategy for MM.
