Summary

Rheumatic disease rates are low in Inuit populations, except for seronegative spondylarthropathies in children. Rheumatoid arthritis was rare in men, while osteoarthritis prevalence was low overall. HLA-B27 was more frequent in patients with seronegative spondylarthropathies.
