- Metastatic neoplasms should be considered in gastric neoplasm differential diagnoses, especially those with a diffuse/solid pattern.
- Müllerian neoplasms are exceptions among glandular tumors, often exhibiting a papillary/micropapillary architecture distinct from primary gastric cancers.
