- Treatment with adriamycin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine (ABVD) resulted in complete remission.
Implications:
- This case highlights the importance of considering HL in the differential diagnosis of unusual cutaneous lesions.
- Early diagnosis and appropriate chemotherapy, such as ABVD, can lead to successful outcomes in patients with cutaneous Hodgkin's lymphoma.
