Obstructive sleep apnoea in pycnodysostosis: A three-dimensional upper airway analysis

Patients with pycnodysostosis exhibit a smaller total airway and nasopharyngeal volume. These upper airway (UA) morphological changes may contribute to the high incidence of obstructive sleep apnea in this population.
