Summary

The Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Questionnaire-7 (ETDQ-7) shows limited ability to distinguish Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) from other conditions. Adding specific symptom questions significantly improves diagnostic accuracy for ETD.
