Improved Cognitive Function in the Tromsø Study in Norway From 2001 to 2016

Cognitive function has improved in recent birth cohorts, with later-born individuals showing better performance than earlier-born ones. Lifestyle factors like education and physical activity explain a significant portion of this cognitive enhancement.
