The cranial and spinal meninges are complex protective structures surrounding the central nervous system (CNS), consisting of the brain and spinal cord. Summary

This case report details a rare instance of orbital ependymoma, a brain tumor extending into the eye socket. The patient experienced vision loss and double vision due to this unusual tumor extension.

Orbital ependymomas are exceptionally rare, often arising from intracranial tumors.
