Summary

A rare Heimann-Bielschowsky phenomenon (HBP) caused spontaneous vertical eye movements in a multiple sclerosis patient. This neuro-ophthalmologic finding, while unusual, is benign and linked to optic nerve and brainstem network disruptions.
