18F-FDG Fetal Dosimetry Calculated with PET/MRI

Fetal absorbed dose from 18F-FDG PET/MRI scans during pregnancy is very low. Clinically indicated 18F-FDG scans for cancer staging should not be withheld due to pregnancy.
