Children with Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) exhibit distinct SARS-CoV-2-specific T cell (CST) responses. MIS-C patients show stronger CST responses than uncomplicated pediatric cases but weaker responses than convalescent adults.
