Summary

Video Head Impulse Test (vHIT) and Cervical Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (cVEMPs) can detect vestibular pathway lesions in Multiple Sclerosis (MS). These tests are useful for diagnosing and monitoring MS patients without demyelinating brainstem lesions.
