  • To identify factors influencing cancer screening uptake in the Asian American population.

  • A cross-sectional, population-based study surveyed 1,650 Asian American participants at health festivals in 2017-2018.
  • Survey data included sociodemographics, English proficiency, primary care access, attitudes, screening status, and barriers.

  • 66% of participants lacked a primary care physician (PCP).
  • Despite 92% valuing screenings, only 16% were up-to-date.
