Simulation Research on the Methods of Multi-Gene Region Association Analysis Based on a Functional Linear Model

This study introduces a novel functional multi-gene region association analysis method for complex traits. Simulation results show this approach offers higher power and improved performance over single-gene methods, particularly the multi-gene region loci weighted method.
