Extracellular vesicle long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) show promise as endometriosis biomarkers. A combination of RP3-399L15.2 and CH507-513H4.6 lncRNAs achieved 80% sensitivity and 85% specificity in diagnosing endometriosis.
