Does training make a difference? Proficiency training in transfusion guidelines and its effect on red blood cell

Physician training did not significantly reduce packed red blood cell (RBC) transfusions, indicating educational interventions alone are insufficient. A comprehensive strategy is needed to optimize RBC transfusion practices and improve patient outcomes.
