A minimalist fluorescent MOF sensor array for Baijiu identification

A novel metal-organic framework (MOF) sensor array utilizing rare-earth elements offers rapid and accurate identification of Baijiu. This fluorescence-based method successfully distinguished 16 Baijiu brands and 11 organic molecules.
