Immune Dysregulation in Pediatric Common Variable Immunodeficiency: Implications for the Diagnostic Approach

Pediatric common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) presents with frequent infections and a high rate of immune dysregulation, including autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. This study highlights non-infectious complications as a significant challenge in diagnosing and managing CVID in children.
