Mycophenolate treatment can cause reversible colitis in patients with Autoimmune Polyendocrinopathy-Candidiasis-Ectodermal Dystrophy (APECED). This complication, though uncommon, requires clinical vigilance in APECED patients undergoing immunomodulatory therapy.
