Dietary Interventions for Gastroparesis: A Systematic Review

Dietary interventions like low-fat and small-particle diets may improve gastroparesis (Gp) symptoms and gastric emptying in adults. However, current research lacks data for pediatric gastroparesis, highlighting a significant gap in understanding Gp dietary treatments.
