Online and in-person Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS) training improved medical students' teamwork knowledge and attitudes. Both methods proved equally effective, offering a flexible alternative for teamwork education.

Background:

  • Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS) is an evidence-based teamwork training program.
