Summary

A rare esthesioneuroblastoma (olfactory neuroblastoma) was found ectopically in the optic pathways, causing bilateral vision loss. Surgical resection via cranio-orbital-zygomatic craniotomy was performed, highlighting the need for awareness of this rare tumor presentation.
