To transform an interprofessional faculty development program into a clinically focused professional development opportunity.
To advance age-friendly practice using evidence-based strategies and the 4Ms framework.
To create age-friendly, person-centered practitioners through a multidimensional approach.

Main Methods:

A mixed-methods study involving questionnaires and focus groups with two cohorts of Creating Interprofessional Readiness for Complex and Aging Adults (CIRCAA) scholars.
Qualitative analysis of transcribed interviews using multiple coders to identify themes and assess inter-coder reliability.
Quantitative data collection to measure knowledge gains and perceptions of interprofessional collaborative care.

Participants successfully incorporated age-friendly principles and best practices into their practice environments.
