- This case suggests a potential causal relationship between COVID-19 vaccination and orbital cellulitis.
- Orbital cellulitis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of ocular AEFIs.
- Further research is needed to understand the mechanisms and incidence of this rare adverse event.
