First-degree relatives of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients show higher anti-CCP antibody prevalence, suggesting increased RA risk. Screening asymptomatic relatives for anti-CCP may enable early RA detection and treatment.

- Screening AFDR for anti-CCP antibodies is recommended for early RA detection and timely intervention.
