An exploratory study; the gap between real reference interval and currently used reference interval of RBC AChE

The current red blood cell acetylcholinesterase (RBC AChE) reference interval in South Korea is not transferable. Serial measurements are recommended for organophosphate poisoning diagnosis due to wide variations in RBC AChE activity.
