Brain Abnormalities and Epilepsy in Patients with Parry-Romberg Syndrome

Brain abnormalities are common in Parry-Romberg syndrome, especially in those with epilepsy. Ipsilateral white matter disease and hemispheric atrophy are key findings, more severe in epilepsy patients.
