Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation: A Report on Serbia's First Systematic Program

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is a safe and effective treatment for severe aortic stenosis. The Dedinje Cardiovascular Institute in Serbia reported a 100% procedural success rate and low mortality in their initial TAVI cases.
