Salivary miRNA Expression in Children With Persistent Post-concussive Symptoms

This study identified 13 salivary microRNAs (miRNAs) with differing expression levels over time in children with and without persistent post-concussive symptoms (PPCS). These salivary miRNAs show potential as biomarkers for predicting PPCS in pediatric concussion patients.
