Macula structural and vascular differences in glaucoma eyes with and without high axial myopia

Glaucoma monitoring in high myopia may benefit from measuring ganglion cell inner plexiform layer (GCIPL) and ganglion cell complex (GCC) thickness. These measures correlate with glaucoma severity, not axial length, in highly myopic eyes.
