Does the Simple Renal Cyst Treatment Improve Renal Function: A Pilot Study

Laparoscopic surgery for large simple renal cysts (SRCs) improved kidney tissue thickness but did not significantly enhance renal function. Observation may be a safe alternative for large SRCs regarding kidney function.

- Observation may be a safe and viable treatment strategy for large SRCs, without compromising renal function.
